I'm not sure that a "Rugby Player Build" really exists. There are a huge number of different builds spread across the field in every rugby match. Even at the professional level, players range from 12 stone 5'8" scrum half to 6'10" 19 stone second row, and covers many shapes and sizes in between.

Maybe you should define what you'd like your guys to look like?
