We tried limiting limiting our breakfast and lunch today to just the portion size on the nutrition labels. How can the companies honestly claim these amounts are realistic?

The most ridiculous.. Sultanas - 1 Tablespoon, Nuts - 1 Tablespoon, Puffed Rice - 3 Tablespoons, Garlic Bread (baguette style) - 1 Piece!, Gingernut - 1 Biscuit!.

That seems fair enough to me.

I think we've become so used to large portions that actual recommended portions look small by comparison

They are “serving suggestions”. According to some cheesecake boxes, Ape is four people.

There’s a reason bowls are the size they are - to be filled. Otherwise they’d be smaller, right?!

You fill that bad boy up with chocolate cereal and enjoy life

This, especially in restaurants, they over feed us in portion size so much

I have to disagree. Nothing worse than still feeling hungry after a restaurant meal. Your always free to leave it if it's too much
