Hell people Iv met someone who i relly like do i ask them on a date or just forget her She is a customer of mine and she want somework doing ,she is very chstty when i go round any advice please people dont want to throw it away ????

Sorry to be debbie downer, but I'd be very cautious as you're crossing over from a relationship on a professional level (you did some work for her) to a personal level.

I think you have to really gauge her signals. Maybe you could contact her with the excuse of checking the work you carried out is going okay, and then see if she is still as chatty/friendly?

I only say this as I had a guy who fitted a new boiler for me years ago, come on to me. I was single, lived alone and felt very vulnerable by it .

If the attention is unwanted she may feel horrible, it's not a compliment, so be careful!

I’d agree with others. Finish the work and then maybe ask if now that is done you’ve enjoyed her company and would she like a coffee one lunchtime. Then if it’s a no. Don’t return to it and get weird! This one is a one strike and you are out gig.

Yeah I’m exactly the same, I love to just flirt in a friendly way and people always assume I’m chatting them up, then when they bring it up I have to explain to them that’s just my personality

I would love to meet someone organically, as opposed to on a dating app, but I’ve always struggled to judge the difference between friendliness and flirting.

If it was me, I would finish the job regardless, otherwise you’re mixing work and a friendship/relationship. Is she a repeat customer? If it comes to nothing (now or in the future), would it have been worth it? I’m thinking about whether you’re self employed and running a small, blossoming business for which you need her custom?

If the work is done and you don’t need her future business, and you think there is something there, why not go for it?! I’d be disinclined to do it in person so you don’t make her feel uncomfortable. I imagine a great many relationships come from working with someone and realising you like each other and I don’t think we should lose that in this age of everyone being offended at everything.

Spot on real advice. Many have really lost the art of eye contact,body language and other micro signs that many look over and will fail at the very first hurdle!

Esp with women. Its always a fantasy what many assume of that person from limited no knowledge of them,for anything to develop further.

Esp on screen typing and the net. No success rate.

If you're having to ask people on the internet for advice on this, then it's a no. Unless you're really bad at spotting obvious signs that she wants more from you. Complete the works and give her your card, telling her to call you if she needs anything. If she wants more, she will call you. If you're pursuing persistently, it's a bit unprofessional at best.
