...that sometimes my balls are tight and compact and other times they're loose and swinging. Similar with my cock too, sometimes foreskin tight and compact, sometimes more relaxed. I like both to be honest, just wondering.

Obviously after a really cold motorbike ride they disappear altogether but that's different.
