Get the Jump Rope app to help, and take your mind off it.

Lose around 10lbs and run a 5k. Both easily achievable if I keep doing what I’m doing.

I’ve been trying to bounce back from 18 months of illness. I’ve been hiit training and yoga every day for the last couple of months and this month I want to get back to cycling. By the end of the month I’d like be cycling over 60km once a week. No idea if I’ll get there… but we’ll see.

I skip in the gym, a weighted ripe will help your technique as you can feel exactly where it is, but make sure its the actual rope that's weighted not the handles

Generally suggest learning to jump and land softly w no rope at first it's not about height but consistent rythm and weighted ropes are usually harder for beginners.... I double Dutch and regular jump rope (UK - skip rope)
