Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I never understand the waiting until the eleventh hour. It's always a deadline of 31st January, every year.

File in August and you can get through on the helpline. HMRC send the bill just before Christmas and then you pay it in January.

Besides, how can anyone else be at fault for YOU making a mistake? Besides, Co House don't tax anyone........

Have you ever tried filing companies house records, they are very very intricate and have to be worded in excactly the format they require. I went through it on the phone with them and 1 small error and i get knocked for 6... And although they dont tax they do require accounts and returns to be sent in.. The annoying thing is, the company in wuestion was dorment so not even trading..

No because I'm not really competent to do it, I've made mistakes filing paperwork and it has cost me, but it was My fault, not the agencies. On the other hand I have often consulted Co House, if I find out that the info is wrong u won't agree to much with that organisation.......

If you are a limited company I am surprised that your accountant didn't submit your accounts and that if there was a problem didn't deal with the matter on your behalf.....
