A Trio of Desserts

Are you me? Do you think a trio of desserts is a good idea in principle but left disappointed by the size of each stupid morsel?

Well hate no more! If you could have a trio of full sized desserts, what would you choose?

I'd go for a slice of Biscoff Cheesecake, a glazed ring doughnut, and a chocolate brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Oops, missed this!

Ah the sundae, yes, well…

This is where I stray from fruit because sundaes need to be bad. Baaaaaaaad. And no, that doesn’t mean I want a sheep in it.

The glass needs to be frozen so the treat stays cold as long as possible. The inside of it should be coated in caramel. At the bottom, a brownie chunk because it soaks up the melting ice cream and sauce. It’s an amazing final morsel.

On top of that, alternating layers of good quality vanilla and chocolate ice cream with chunks of honeycomb, M&Ms and meringue.

It should be topped off with decent whipped cream, chocolate fudge sauce, sprinkles, at least three flakes and a sparkler.

Happy birthday, Felix!! Mmmmmm….

I can't eat a lot in one go so I'd eat a spoonful or two of many desserts over the course of an evening.

I like so many, it's difficult to choose three.
