Some look awesome some look awful depends how the shape comes out. Suppose there are a lot of varying factors, knickers, tightness of clothing, cut of the clothing.

Never intended to fat shame if they took the leggings off I'd love to see it. Just asked a friend who has just arrived. She says it's not nice, but it can happen by accident, but how do you know if it is an accident? I actually love a large lady, just not in leggings with a camel toe.

There is a time and place for a nice cameltoe and not when in a shopping centre or where familys etc are IMO

Slim to mid build ladies, at times nice little otline, a hint of it is very sexy.
