I have a meet arranged for Saturday, the thing thats bothering me is that he's not been on here or chatted with me since we arranged it last weekend I've messaged him but he hasn't read any of my messages, should I just sent him 1 last message to cancel the meet n cut my losses

If he hasn't been on by Friday evening he's probably not going to buy some people only check fab every four or five days. Give it until Friday I'd say

I'd cut and run now.

Was the chat sexual?

They tend to wank and ignore, which is why I don't give anyone anything to wank over.

He may surprise you and message on the day, but I wouldn't hold the day free if I were you.

I would always expect somebody who’s arranged to meet me to keep in touch, or definitely to at least respond, out of courtesy, unless they’ve said they will be in contactable for a reason.

Very few people go for days without checking their phone, so it would scream ‘timewaster’ to me

Could be any number of reasons he hasn't been on OP, I'd wait till the day before the meet to see if you hear from him, if it was me and I hadn't heard from him by then at least he'd never hear from me again and I'd find something else to do on the day of the meet. Good luck tho I hope he gets in touch.

Deep down your 6th sense is telling you the signs are not healthy nor good to this point. Silense says so much without words, esp putting so much faith into somebody over just some brief messages.

Go on youtube there are many vids on Ghosting, going cold, ignoreing etc!

Being strung and putting faith into something,or someone you dont know!

Is only an image you have of them on your mind of them that you have or many build of what could be of them what we would idealy like to have!

Tbh cut the thought off, once chance, and if not haveing spoken of fab. For me its a NO!! NO!!

Many are Duped by an image of what we percieve of what we desire, wish or would like! Esp pics, vids, etc off the net!

In this day and age, pass people in real life,or fleating moments, number ec

Exchanged what do they really mean or have value or worth!!

Because there are way too many variables for many to be Distracted and Emotions to change at a flip of a coin, and mere words do not have value.mostly view and look at peoples actions and behaviour!

Sad times ahead real in reality.

Good luck on your journey ,what ever you are really seeking OP! Be safe out there!

Every guy I've met off Fab have kept communication going and checked we're still OK to meet the day before we're due to meet, most have checked on the day too.

Sorry it's not going so well for you. I hope it turns out OK but as others have said, have a Plan B and don't let it put you off.

I'd maybe send one last message & say is the meet still on & that if I don't hear anything back I won't be turning up to meet.

It takes a couple of mins to reply to someone.

In our experience this usually means they won’t be meeting you. They’ll pop up in a few weeks time to try and waste your time again.

The second any meet is arranged with a specific time and place planned we swap numbers.

That way there's contact availability off site, it doesn't matter if you have no Internet access or if you can't log on for some unforseen reason. It also enables a last minute call or message an hour before to be made to check all is still good. If there's no response from that call or text we'd not even leave home.

Leaving all contact to being on Fab leaves you wide open to being ghosted, stood up or duped. Of course chatting off site does the same, but having a number that you can use to physically speak to someone cuts down the risks considerably. It also comes in handy for emergencies and break downs en route.

I’d cut my losses, if he’s not done this before arranging the meet then I’d suspect he just wanted the ego boost if you agreeing.

Don’t let this knock your confidence, there are plenty of decent men on here who’s love to meet you, and make the effort beforehand

Somewhere in Co. Down

Usually if they go quiet it means they aren't that interested in meeting. I had it once and I cancelled the night before when he stopped chatting to me for a few days.I wouldn't just not show. Funny thing was an hour after we had arranged to meet he messaged asking would I be still up for it. I had being suspicious that I may have been plan b for him so asked did the other meet not work out he admitted he had been ghosted by someone else and thought I might still drive an hour to meet him. I didn't.

That was the closest I ever got to a no show on here but I trusted my instincts and took control and cancelled the meet . OP don't get one gobshite ruin your fab experience there are plenty of decent men on here.

I stayed in a hotel once that had great reviews. I thought it was shit and wouldnt go back if you paid me.

The point being you can't label all verified people as being in any way negative due to one muppet. It doesn't work like that.

Some blokes get carried away, often married/spoke for by advertise as single. They are eager to meet and once this is arranged they get cold feet.

If it was me coming to see you (Harry) - I'd communicate at least every couple of days just say hi, looking forward to the meet etc.

Personally, I'd look for others as you must have guys falling over themselves to meet up

Either way, I hope it works out for you.
