Yep I know it's cheesecake and suppose to but it's really cheesy

If it's their individual Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake then it probably was off as I've had a few of them and never had one that tasted of cheese...

With a good cheesecake naturally you expect a little cheesiness but it shouldn't be more than a mild sourness, if your cheesecake tastes cheddary then you've either used too much cheese or the wrong cheese.

I haven't found a "new and improved" that I prefer over the old variety I liked. M&S Coquille St Jacques is a case in point.
