I have literally walked past someone on here we smiled at each other but said Notting.

Do you think they recognised you from Fab? I smile at people in the street often and they smile back .. as humans are we kind of programmed to respond in kind?

I try to smile as much as possible at people. I quite often say good morning as well, sometimes thats all it takes to make someone's day.

Could have been a smiling swinger or could have been loo paper hanging out of your jeans. If no loo paper, then obviously there's only one explanation left.

We've walked past loads of people we recognise from here. Given the membership numbers it's not really surprising. We never acknowledge them we don't know their circumstances or if it might prompt awkward questions for them

I barely recognise people I have met at socials multiple times, so the chance of recognising someone I have had no interaction with would be slim to none.

How did you know they smiled at you because they recognised you from FAB?

If someone’s smiling at me as I walk past, I smile back and say hi…I don’t think they recognise me from FAB…I just think they are a nice person.

FAB and RL are completely seperate - there’s no FAB secret eye contact - it’s just someone being friendly.
