Snails... Yes snails. Portuguese style snails, very small, cooked in herbs and garlic. Just pluck them out with a toothpick and wash them down with a ice cold beer. Perfecto. X

I never new you lived in N Ireland ... i love the irish .. just had some fab times over there and best horses in the world .. and snacking on the black stuff you drink is yummmm xx its like a food .
