What's the one thing you wish you could be/do/see/achieve?

I wish I could figure out how to undo the changed settings which now make the up & down arrows, and page up / page down, do wholly unwanted and unpredictable things to my browser. But the changes were made by my cat, walking across the keyboard whilst I had coffee, and despite trying to get him to walk across backwards to undo them, I've had no success.

Also, I'd prefer the gregariousness of Arnold Schwarzenegger, the gardening skills of Alan Titchmarsh, and to be able to enjoy first-hand the cooking & company of Nigella Lawson.

Really wouldn't you get fed up with that doing it everyday, i know a couple in this country who hire out Watersports equipment, in the summer they make loads of money but look absolutely fed up lol in the winter no punters so off

Yup, that's the first thing that came to mind for me too. Not to be a famous singer, just so that you could impress folk belting out songs rather than feeling like the car/shower are the only places with reasonable acoustics.

It was more romanticising... the truth is I wish I'd never stopped competitive sailing. I had the chance to represent in the Beijing Olympics. And I bottled it, not believing I was good enough.

With age comes wisdom and I don't mind having a go and making a fool of myself anymore.
