… it’s time to go?

I think the answer is “when you ask yourself that question”. And I am asking myself that question. I feel like I need to take a break, and I hope that I can make myself do it.

I’m sure I’ll be back, this place somehow seems to draw you back, but hopefully after a rest

Do any of you have any tips for taking a break?

It’s sometimes needed, to reload and come back with fresh thoughts

Place your profile into hiding, step back and take a break.

Come back when you're ready, if you so choose.

Just do it, set your profile to private, log off. Don’t look back, enjoy your break.

You’ll know it’s time to return when you get the urge again.

I leave / park the account regularly. I quickly tire of Fab tbf, but always eventually come back when “it’s time”

When all I feel is frustration on the forums, I take a break and come back refreshed after a few weeks

When you need it, you'll do it. I just didn't log on one day, then another day and another. Ended up offline for about a year in the end

Hide your profile and take time off here , sometimes it's not the place to be cause it can wreck your head with everything that goes on here , no replies.. blocking .. Timewasters..ghosters etc..the most important thing of anything is your well being.. whatever you do OP just make sure you put yourself above anything that happens here .

Hefty Hideaway

I’ve just returned after a year. I logged out (as I had to concentrate on other things without the distraction Fab brings), and that was pretty much it. I did however take my password out of my phone and remove fab from my favourites to help along the process.

Echoing what others have said - set your profile to hidden remove the app/close the tab, enjoy life without fab for a bit

You'll be amazed how nothing has changed when you come back

I do it, I get bored so I take a break, just hide your profile and log off for a while

As others have said hide your profile for a while see how you feel about fab after a bit of time away, I have fab breaks from time to time just hide my profile and forget about it.
