A well angled picture…

What does everyone think about a well angled picture?

I’m not talking about filters, they’re another matter all together. But I can lose 20kg from my chin alone with a well angled pic…is that ok or should they be taken without jiggery pokey!!

I noticed a cock shot tonight (dropped in my in box…I hasten to add! I’m don’t mind though I further hasten to add!) the angle of this made it look like a whopper then I realised I was mainly looking at ball sack…well place long ways down with the cockage pointing up to the owners navel. It looked huge then I realised it definitely wasn’t…

So is this ok? I am sure my pics put me in a far better light, than reality! But they are unfiltered non edited shots of me!

What’s everyone’s opinions…should be use good angles or just let it all flop out?

Carlisle usually

I think angles are a good thing.

If someone's pictures are just flaccid and untidy I see it as a lack of effort and just not putting your best self forward. And I 100% know that in person everyone will see the less flattering sides, but there's no point advertising yourself with the least appealing parts.

1). Phrase on "I don't mind though I hassen to add"......... Inundated in cock shot is 3......2......1......

2). We're well passed the MySpace selfie years. If I see anyone using the MySpace selfie trick I instantly add lbs to them and check both their other photos and bio. Everyone knows and uses that trick so kinda now just accept that if you see it, be prepared to be mislead. I see if on all social medias and our works emails. Half the time if they've used the MySpace trick I know meeting them irl is not going to be representative of the thumbnail .

For MySpace cock shots, that's a new one on me!

Eh, I dunno. I do think it's a bit deceiving if it doesn't look like you. And don't get me wrong I do pick the most flattering photos and the reality is much worse but you'd know it was still me if we decided to meet.

If it doesn't look like you, then why post it? And this isn't aimed at you OP, more just in general. I wouldn't want to play tricks on anyone. I already feel like I'm disappointing enough nevermind making myself out to be something that doesn't resemble me in the slightest.

Love this.

I have photos of me, chubby tummy out. Me naked. Sitting. Standing. I choose what to show people. If it gets to the point where I'm thinking I'd like to feel them inside me, I'll be sending them the full works.

My current face photo? No makeup. No clever angles. Crap hair. Poor lighting. I like it. That's why I uploaded it, not to show the real me. Well I also did because of a thread but hey ho. Not relevant. :D

Photos are our shop window, there's absolutely nothing wrong with displaying ones wares in a way that you are confidently happy with! Angles, light, cropping, changing the colour, just enhance what is already there. It's when photoshop is used or complete face filters, that, in my opinion, is wrong!

That said, it's a little disappointing if the 9 inch manmeat turns out to be just a good angle...

I never use filters, but only post pics that I consider to be the most flattering, using the kindest lighting & angles. Even this makes me feel like a bit of a catfish & I always feel the need to point out this basic trickery if I'm ever paid a compliment

Angles are great. iPhones all have wide angle lenses and most people take selfies so it’s all distorted slightly.

I don’t view pics as an accurate image but more a rough guideline. Video chat is much more accurate and even that can be very flattering on a selfie camera

I don’t think I hide my wibbly bits but I do prefer a good angle, a dark border type filter and a quick cover up (with an arm or lingerie) of my Michelin-esque rolls. After all I’m actively trying to get my leg over. Gotta entice them in gently before sending them the unfiltered reality

If you want to know if a guy has used a clever angle to snap his cock (not literally, obvs....) and make it look bigger, then there's a simple trick.

Just ask for a knee to nipple shot with him holding it.

And pay attention to the hand holding said cock. A clever angle will make any dick look bigger but it will also make it look like he has Andre the Giant's hands......

We all do it, flattering angles, cropping our faces out and framing the photo.

I see it as an expression of yourselves in your own version of your sexy. What you like best or think are your best features that you want people to see and be attracted to.

It's something you don't necessarily see about someone in normal dating scenario.

Someone who likes their legs will photograph them the most,

Or someone with good boobs or torso, their bum and so on. So you can actually learn what someone's sexy is from their photos if you look hard enough.

As someone who was involved in this professionally for a number of years, it is all about lighting and angles.

Two of the most important skills for the photographer are knowing how to pose the model, and knowing how to light the model. There are certain angles that will only produce unflattering images, and others that will knock it out of the park. That’s not cheating, it’s how it works.

Nothing wrong with using a phone for your photos but wide angle lenses are in most cases not flattering due to the perspective distortion.

Applying digital “filters” is the work of the devil, and retouching is an art form in itself, mostly abused and overdone.
