Covent Garden

It used to be 8 hours.

When I started chatting to Lilith it went down to 6 hours. Since hosting the Nocturnal Thread I get by with about 5.

My cup Lilith over.

Luckily I discovered Monster drinks.

And my manager is super patient.

So that's helpful!

I work shifts so it’s different each week. One week it’s around 5-6 and the next it could be 7-8. No matter what I’m always tired though

Don’t get me started on that. I get in from work at 3am and get up to do the school run and my wife still moans about being tired while I’m peeling my eyelids back.

4 to 5 hours. I fall asleep for about 1.5 hrs but then I wake up and can't get back to sleep. Those early hours when you can't switch your mind off, plus I'm always too hot, doesn't make for a good night's sleep
