I need some advice im on penicillin long term and just finished another course of amoxiccillin for a bad chest infection, ive now got a bad stomach and feel rough, I keep getting the same stomach problem every 2 weeks with terrible pain and upset stomach, im just wondering if it could be c diff ,ive no appetite and losing weight and not eating is bad as im diabetic,.

None of us can diagnose anything here and you would be best advised to seek medical attention. If your diabetes control is being impacted, then A&E.
