We just are strawberries from the garden with Greek yogurt. If we're peckish later we might eat a small bowl of mini weetabix with chocolate chips

Manchester-ish

Before I worked out that milk and I don't get on, a bowl of cereal or some ice cream.

These days maybe some crisps, bombay mix or wine gums if we have any in the house.

Eggs.

Or chocolate.

But today there’s some cous cous in the fridge that I’m eyeing up

Crunchy nut cornflakes (no milk, just from the packet), breadsticks, crisps.

I just try to brush my teeth earlier to stop me raiding the kitchen!

In my even younger years I loved eating cereal as a snack

Pickle, I live off the stuff. My crunchy nut addiction is out of control.

for a penny

Often a handful of cereal from the packet.

Tonight, a piece of cheese, which reminds me (as it always does) many years ago I heard a child on the radio saying that his mother said that he shouldn’t eat cheese before bed or it would would lay on his chest.
