Hate to be the voice of doom but from a medical point of view, wearing thongs all day every day is so risky! (The elastic works like a conduit fetching bacteria around to the front from around the back, causing UTIs)

Commando comes with its own risks of course.

My choice, pretty lace girly boxers, with cotton liners in the appropriate place lol - Job done.
