My ex took me sailing and I loved it so much I considered going on a course to learn how to sail properly.

Very envious of anyone who gets to sail often. It's so freeing.

Oh how I wish. I've often said to my husband about selling absolutely everything and buying a yacht and sailing the rest of our lives away. If only life was that simple eh.

I have made the same suggestion (not to your husband, obviously) about sailing round the Aegean for the next 30 years. Hasn’t gone down all that well…yet

A friend sailed, he had boats like some collect shoes. When he died he left me a dory. I fixed it up and took it out for a while. Had to sell eventually nowhere to keep it.

Reach out to Piscean Dream for details. He's my harbour master.

I am in that lucky position to own a yacht. It is not glamorous, a little old racing yacht.

I taught an ex to sail, she now sails more than I do, sadly not with me.

Single sailing ladies are a rare find.

A small open boat, like a Dory. Plus 2 kayaks and a 2.7m inflatable tender - the latter for when I win the lottery and get a Sunseeker...

I used to sail in my teens and twenties, and I owned a sailing dinghy. Haven't nab on the water since my mid twenties though.
