rehydrate drinks (like dioralyte) and 2 paracetamol every four hours, lots and lots of water and a mars bar! Only 8 paracetamol in 24 hours. Sit tight and watch Murray play like a lion!

Just water alone snt do much as you need to replace electrolytes etc. Rehydration drinks are good, although could just drink really diluted squash with a pinch of salt in.

Sounds disgusting but bet it tastes better than diaoralyte lol

I've had 2 paracetamol 2 pints of water don't like mars bars lol can it be twix instead

Thank u folks for your help. I'm not a drinker. Never have been and probably never will be. The lager was nice last night. But talking on the big white phone was no way enjoyable lol

oh go on then! Electrolytes are basically out of balance, especially if you've blown chunks too

The squash and salt thing is similar to dioralyte, not too much salt though, as you might be talking on the big white phone again!

Decided no more white phone talking for me just can't get my head off this damn pillow. But I have given all the other bits a go and feeling a lot better

Berocca-type tablets are good I find, water and sleep are essential as well of course.

You shouldn't really take analgesics for a hangover, but then again they do work.

Before going out pour a large glass of and put it by your bedside or bathroom next morning when suffering drink the .....passed to me by a Paramedic.
