is it normal to ignore someone asking for help?

someone has not been able to upgrade and has tried for a week to get help on this, but he is being ignored and threads being removed instead of getting help??

is it normal to take a dislike to someone then treat them this way?

*coughs* I have asked for help too,mods don't have anything to do with what the problem is

Only admin can answer the question

There may be a reason why that is the case, as there is usually more than one side to a story etc...

The mods/admins may not be able to discuss indivial cases on an open forum, or even on private messages
