When it comes to people who hog sunbeds all day and never use them while on holidays abroad, who reckons this should be made illegal at every hotel across Europe?

I feel there should be three police officers at every hotel/b&b/place where sun beds are available

All over

It depends if you actually do mean never use them. A couple of hours or so whilst perhaps they are having lumch, popped tp the shop or something, I think is fine. Also some people ho for a dip in the sea and come back. All day is a different matter though can't be made illegal of course.

I think security cameras would suffice. That way hotel staff can catch whoever is doing it and warn them not to do it again or they'll get kicked out of the hotel.

If someone's so entitled that they're going to hog sunbeds, hotel staff do not get paid enough to deal with the toddler tantrum of throwing them out.

i remember on holiday once a young girl, about 10 years old, put a towel on 10 loungers first thing in the morning then walked off, they stayed like that till about mid morning when the pool area was pretty busy, some one asked were the occupants were and I said not here, told them what had occurred and the next thing was the guy picked them all up and dumped them on a table, he only wanted two loungers but cleared the lot, only took a few moments before all the others got filled by other holiday makers.

When this family finally turned up and realised what had happened the argument that followed was hilarious, needless to say they left with their tails between their legs
