Starbucks ... i need help !

So i drink mostly water with a few cups of instant decaf coffee through out the day. Occasionally i drink tea too.

Today i needed to hang about in town so went to Sainsbrys cafe but found it had gone and had a Starbucks there instead.

I have no idea about the drinks they sell, i've looked online but that wasn't helpful either.

I can't have caffeine hence i drink decaf. I looked at their fruity drinks which looked delicious but they have caffeine in them ... how ? Where does the caffeine come from ? Can i have a fruit drink without caffeine ?

I would have asked the staff for help but they were to busy talking about sex.

Please help me

I think they do decaf coffees if you can stomach how generally awful it tastes

I like decaff coffee, i don't like strong tasting coffee.

I don't thinkg fruit drinks are. The iced teas look to be between 0-1mg of caffeine though

Yes you can, you can also get decaff coffee

I looked online and the fruit drinks had caffeine listed on their ingredients, it might have only been a small amount but i wondered how fruit had caffeine in it

Yes you can, you can also get decaff coffee
