For the first time in nine years I’m not on any antidepressants and I’m no longer in weekly therapy

Glad I wasn't the only one thinking that

Thank you

First two weeks or so were a bit up and down for me, I was really irritable and found myself walking away from my son *a lot* if I was getting stressed out (I do gentle parenting and I found myself getting wound up very easily) but it’s been almost three months now and my head feels so much clearer, I feel happier and I don’t have to take bloody anti sickness tablets (my antidepressants made me throw up) which therefore means my hormones aren’t out of whack (anti sickness tablets affected my pituitary gland) and…yeah so much better off for it. And because I had so much intense therapy over three years I felt I needed a break, but tbh I’m doing totally fine without it (so far) and have grown so much
