"Ok sounds like a bios issue, bios is the operating sytem ' built into the motherboard. Here's a few options to think about. Open the case and remove the coin battery from the board, replace after 30 seconds Enter the bios config screen and reset to defaults, depending on the model it might be f1 f2 del key to enter the bios. "OK so removed ram nothing happened pc just kept restarting. Re seated ram and now I'm able to use keyboard and get back to bios" if you have access to the bios can you reset config data | |||
