My sleep pattern is shot to pieces lately.

I've always been a night owl anyway, but just lately I've been very hit and miss with work, (a luxury I know I'm blessed to have) so been doing a lot of day sleeping as a result of and also followed by all through the night watching YouTube, Netflix, pornhub, to name a few. So yeah, I'm up, awake, wide awake that is, wired to fuck, with all kinds of crazy ideas running through my head.

A few months ago I was awake for, wait for it, I worked it out that from getting up for work on whichever day it was to eventually going to sleep I'd been awake a total of 92 hours.

Me also I wouldn't say that, the human body needs sleep just like it needs food and drink "

I agree this must be true but I do tend to live off 3-4 hours maximum a night and works fine for me
