It pays to complain

I recently checked my online banking and found that i was being charged for an overdraft charge etc.

I have never had an overdraft so wrote and said "sort it"

They have and have refunded me all the monies back...

Bloody cheek to stop it in the first place.

I have been with them for nearly 30yrs , so surely my records indicate i dont have an overdraft..

But then im presumming they know what they are doing....

I write letters of complaint all the time when I receive bad service.

Sky gave me 3 months free last month after an error they made.

It is quite common in business to take and then refund. Remind me of saying easier to say sorry than to ask permission
