If money and other resources were not an issue, what business, charity or organisation would you start to showcase something you passionately believe in?

I work for a charity, we send meals to locals who need them. I'd find us a bigger premises, pay our drivers (they're volunteers) and expand the delivery area if money was no issue

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales)

For small amounts of money you can make a big difference in the developing world. Access to safe water being a good example.

I'd do more of that.

I’d start running Black supplementary Saturday schools similar to those of old to teach the forgotten or untold histories of people of colour along side maths English and science tutoring.

Free provisions of course.

Be a brood bitch holder for guide dogs.

Have a big house with land to train them in.

This is an amazing idea! In all seriousness, you may be able to secure funding to make this happen if you were able to

I care passionately about disadvantaged people in society not having the same access to appropriate support and opportunities - especially young people. So I'd create an organisation to facilitate access to support, training, etc

I'd love to open a series of small cosy caravan parks that are run by ex military and ex prisoners, maintenance, grounds keeping, accounting, etc even grow fruit and veg to sell. So many jobs for ppl but where they are supported with health, social and physiological help. Maybe each employee could be become part owner after so many yrs and expand or replicate elsewhere, endless opportunities for those returning to 'normal' life without the constraints of '9 - 5'

I would have a whole estate of houses and several businesses such as body repair, mechanics work shops, building services and catering outlets. I'd house, employ and train homeless people in the various skills paying the going rate. Hopefully some would move on freeing up space for more people.

Just for fun I'd have a book shop that also sold gorgeous stationery and possibly a clothing and lingerie shop.

The Big Smoke

A centre with loads of accessible information and artefacts about fascinating history from Egypt, Greece, Rome et al where people could see it in context and actually find a deep passion for it.

Like what I have.

Some brilliant stuff suggested. I particularly would love to support disadvantaged and disabled people to have better and more fulfilled lives. Not only give them better life and employability skills but also let them be in a safe environment that looks after their mental health and wellbeing too by combining some the ideas above.

Indoor farming under lifts and hydroponics, grow grapes, make wine, grow fruit all year round so my apples aren’t shipped from New Zealand in winter (bonkers) make ingredients for gin making, make money because it’s alcohol, run a four day week cos it is the way forward, offer all my staff the opportunity to do a degree in any subject at the uni of their choice and pay for their degree because alcohol sells well and anyone over retirement age gets their fruit and veg free and delivered by electric vehicles, so in short, build a self sustaining factory growing food to feed the masses, educate the staff in which ever way they want, support the elderly and also any food that doesn’t sell goes to the catering kitchen and meals made up for food banks, all this from selling gin and wine

Proper music/singing lessons for all kids. For free. Not necessarily to lead to qualifications. Just for the sheer enjoyment. That would change so many lives.

Money is very much an object but I'm currently in the process of doing exactly this.

I can't really say what it is but essentially it's about helping people and making a difference.

Its always been my motivation.
