Of course, when you're competing against some of the best in the world you need to have all bases covered, but assuming the vast majority of people who work out in the world arn't actually athletes, then concentrate on the actual workout - this belief that if you're not counting every single nutrient that you eat then you won't get stronger is pure bullshit. | |||
