8 item breakfast... what do you choose?

for me i have to have heinz baked beans, fried egg, 2 bacon, sausage, hash brown, mushrooms and toast.

washed down with smooth orange juice.

2 Hash browns,2 poached eggs, tomatoes or beans,1 rasher of smoked bacon and one slice of wholemeal toast with butter and mushrooms ....need to get up and make breakfast now im hungry

Fried onion

To be washed down with a large glass of orange or orange and mango juice, and a big mug of sweet creamy and strong coffee.

I shan't have anything during the day after polish this lot off, and go straight to evening meal.

Fried bread is the best when fried in residual bacon and sausage fat, IMHO.

I only eat big breakfasts for brunch around 11:00hish when I go camping, don't need anything else during the day, and go straight to evening meals.

my choice is as follows:

ommelette - 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg

1 bowl porridge + tablespoon golden syrup or honey

1 can tuna steak in sunflower oil.

not exactly conventional, but a very healthy and nutritious breakfast all the same.
