With the country in the grip of what we used to refer to as 'Summer', what factor suncream do you use if any?

Polar opposites her, Penny factor 50, Mav either none or factor 4.

All over

It has to be SPF50 and daily whether the sun is obviously 'out' or not.

Factor 30 for heat of the day and drop to 20 after 3pm. Reapply as needed.

Factor 50, whilest its more protection, it prevents my skin breathing. I end up with prickly heat rash. And thats worse than sunburn.

50 for face

30 for body

But I do try to keep mostly covered up, and always in the shade where possible.

Either 20 or 30 works fine. Piz Buin or Nivea.

I don't see the need to use 50, it's more important to reapply at sensible intervals.

50. I'd wear factor 100 if it existed. I burn through factor 50 far too quickly because my natural skin spf is about -300

Pah ha ha ha ha! Factor 50+ is essential for people like me with next to no melanin. Factor 20 or 30 would last less than an hour most likely. I don't have time to be constantly putting sun cream on. Sell even higher factors for me, please!
