I love haggis.

Got one in the fridge, waiting to be cut up and pan-fried with onions and garlic, to be eaten with cheesy mashed potato, some pan-fried Brussels sprouts or broccoli, and a creamy whisky sauce.

"What is haggis actually made of? Ive never had it"

.

You don't want to know as you may not wish to eat it if you do.

No worse than what goes into sausages to be honest.

Taste wise, somewhere between black pudding and sausages, IMHO.

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

Love it hot in buttered brown bread with a bit of Lea and Perrins.

It is tasty and worth a try.

As I said earlier, what goes into a haggis is no worse than what goes into sausages.

Boldon

I always used to hate the thought of haggis until I went to a regimental dinner for Burns Night - had to try it to be polite but my ex (not ex at the time) was hoping that I would have one taste and discreetly pass it over. Tough! I loved it - really tasty - I was very surprised and have had it at various opportunities since. Try it, you might like it!
