I know I’ve not got any photos on my profile, but sent loads of private messages and get no response, I’m not bad looking, don’t think that’s the issue, just after looking for some interaction weather that be in person or online

OP, although you haven't explicitly asked for profile advice, I would suggest that you add a tasteful photograph or two to your profile and use one as your avatar. You can certainly sell yourself better with a polished profile that people will look at when a message from you lands in their InBox. Indeed they will probably look at you profile before deciding to open and read your message (or not).

And...it takes time to get a reply because women are inundated with messages.

Plus you're new, no verifications with little about you. Your profile like many other profiles on here. Nothing entices me. Probably other women will think the same as me. So it will take 1 or 2 particular person who willing to engage with you
