Should it turn yellow

I sometimes get a wink and don't notice for days. Should the wink, and possibly the friends request, box turn yellow when you receive a new one? A bit like when you get a new message?

If I get winks from men it turns red, but if I get winks from ladies it turns pink.

I'd like friends inbox or different colour messages for people I already replied to. I read all messages but if not interested- they are deleted. That would help to sieve the important ones from the incoming flurry of "Hi how is your day".
