All the time. But I learned at a young age to flip that feeling of inadequacy into a sense of amazement at how lucky I am.

I don’t ever feel I deserve this amazing life but I’ve got it. And I’m so fucking grateful, every day.

Sometimes. Those days are fewer now.

I more often than not feel that way when another's behaviour is making me think I'm not good enough. Whether that's through lying, lack of respect... you get the idea.

I've experienced imposter's syndrome at work before - in an odd way it motivated me to not be complacent, be more aware of the fact that I have so much to learn.

In relationships it motivates me to cry and start believing it. :D

Yup, name that horrible nagging voice (I called mine Amber because of the Jonny Depp trials) so you can tell it to gtfo, it does nothing but lie to you, don’t listen to it

All the time at work. I joke that I'm stealing a living with what I do but know there's an element of truth to it.

I also feel it quite a bit in my dating life. I'm not one for being adventurous and don't see myself as very exciting so can see why I wouldn't be good enough for women I look to date.

Yep, quite often. Most of the time I can soothe that feeling, or rationalise my way out of it. Sometimes it takes over for a day or two.

less as I get older. When I was 25, I second guessed and undermined myself all the time.

I remember a manager said to me that I consistently underpromised and over delivered and he didn't like it. That started me being more comfortable in my abilities

I am what I am now for better or worse.

As far as relationships go, hardly now.

Ever tried, ever failed, fail again, fail better.

I would have thought everyone does, it just varies by how much and how often from person to person.

To anyone feeling not good enough, whether you are trying your best or whether you are struggling, you are good enough, you are you and unique, so don't even try to compare yourself to anyone else.

So much doesn't matter. it might sound disheartening but so much of what we worry about and tell ourselves doesn't matter. 99.99% of the time it is between your ears.

You have one go at life, no refunds or exchanges. Do you really want to spend it questioning yourself?

Relationships. It's not so much that I am not good enough. More when it gets to the 'serious' commitment stage I start freaking out, believing that I am cursed and that if I fall in love again they will die. Been a bit of a problem.

Work no I am good at what I do. I get told that by the people who matter consistently and I feel it in my bones.

Life I am still breathing etc.

Well it's taken my life so far to get to be here where I am. I spend a lot of my time alone, most of the western world has an ongoing campaign of hate against those of my gender identity, I worry that I'm losing my touch at the only thing I'm really good at, my body looks wrong when I look in the mirror, I don't sleep well, and everything aches. I have a few very good friends, but no proper sexual partner.

Maybe if I'd been more of a bastard when I was young, cared less about people, shagged around and generally had a good time? But I didn't.

Sometimes yes. In my relationship I feel very secure, work I’m secure as I’m good at what I do. My issue is body confidence, I’ve lost over 3.5 stone in the last year but I’m still a big chap and so think when it comes to swinging opportunities are very limited. I do not think other people will find me attractive, I do have a cracking personality though lol

In relationships yes my ex who was with 15 years could somehow make you feel so small I’m not aware of how she could manage it I’d like to say it’s after she cheated ran off then came back that laid the groundwork to enable her to make me feel that way but it was well before that and it did rob me off all self confidence even today i can’t recapture the feeling I had before I met her

"Do you ever feel "not good enough" be it in life, work or relationships? x"

Nope. Not any more.

I used to. Especially as the first wife was knocking off a guy at work for 6 months before I realised and then it seemed obvious. In old jobs it happened a few times, not because I'd actually been bad at the jobs, but because the bosses had unrealistic expectations of all employees and we were pushed to the limit until we quit, thinking it was us not them at fault.

But around a decade ago I realised that whenever I felt 'not good enough' it wasn't because I wasn't, it was down to the expectations of others. So I decided to adopt the 'fuck it' approach to life, accept that what will be will be and focus on what I wanted, rather than others.

Now if someone doesn't think I'm good enough, be it work or personal relationships then I view it as a 'them' problem, not a 'me' problem.

I know my worth. If that's not good enough for others so be it. I don't let it bother me one bit any more.
