Anything that goes in an oven isn't exactly hard to do is it?

It's also not that hot, stop being a tart!

P.S. don't do Kievs again they looked hideous ha ha

Ice cream.

By the tub.

Energy efficient to cook, cooling in the heat and comes in a wide variety of flavours so you get good variation too.

Quiche is good.

You could do rice bowls - if you're feeling really lazy/hot buy those microwave rice packets you get. Pan fry some halloumi, add all the salad/vegetables you want and maybe top with cooked marinated prawns.

There are so many salads though! Oh and eat lots of fresh fruit, it tastes better in the sunshine.

Go to a supermarket deli counter and get a pick and mix container full.

Morrisons have a good range of ready made pasta, rice and potato dishes, plus salad items all prepared.

I’m the same, pal. I’ve started making sandwiches instead (although picky tea is a good option, too). I buy decent, fresh sandwich fillers and good quality bread. If you’re so inclined, you can include salad.

Quick, easy and cold.

Haha except if you live in an apartment! Pppffftt

I love Salad Niçoise...

I use both chunk (fresh or frozen) tuna gently fry in butter, then flaked. But I also use tinned tuna as this tends to melt into the dressing and makes it really unctions!

Oh and the hard boiled eggs must still have soft yolks!

Anything that takes about ten minutes max in the pan on the hob or griddle, so stir fry, chicken flatties, fajitas, pasta, quesadillas etc etc

Just add your desired flavour, protein & veggies

Or something from the freezer that has already been batch cooked

I would love to cook for a couple, just make the preparation, cook, set the table and go.

Get Mayo/Salad cream & add to your salad. Making sure you have carrot & beetroot in it. Add mirin or Agave or runny honey. Add cider vinegar or ordinary malt vinegar Toss it. No the salad silly!!!

Cold meats: corn beef; hazelet; beef/scotch eggs. Bar the scotch egg you could have sandwiches. Or add them to beans & jacket potato.

Chinese stir fry - eat it hot or cold?

Pasta/spaghetti with a home made red sauce.

Cheese on toast/poached egg on toast/beans on toast.

Gazpacho?

Chip butty.

Yoghurts

Quiche cold?

Raman chicken noodles?

Chip butty?

Asda do a really nice onion chutney. You could have that on crackers.

Soft garlic cheese on Rivita with Cherrie tomatoes. Smidge of salt.

Ice cream & lemonade?

Frozen jacket potato that can be microwaved/beans micro'd. Then go nuts with fillings....

Microwave chips.

Thge list is endless...

Yes, gazpacho my favourite but also

Garlic soup

Leek and potato soup

Beetroot borsht

Sweetcorn chowder

To name a few.

Make home made hummus or mackerel pate

Lovely with toast"

All sound good except the Hummus part

I eat what I normally eat.

It’s not really that hot that you can’t cook.

Maybe you can’t be arsed because your hot so convenience food. As already been said, it’s not difficult to put something on the oven. Or microwave.

Watermelon/feta/mint/lemon juice + honey. Not a full on meal if you like meat but nice and refreshing.

Salads of different varieties in Tortilla wraps or pita bread. You can add some protein - chickpeas or cheese or pieces of grilled meat. Whatever fridge provides.

Rummage the cupboards. Find a tin of sweetcorn or red kidney beans. That goes well with tuna and pasta. Then whatever fresh veggie is around (cucumber/pepper/spring onions) and whatever dressing you want. Come on. Mission salad commences.;)

Speaking of struggling. I just warmed up last nights leftover and made sure it was only sort of warm, rather than piping hot. Helped a little.

Picky teas are the absolute best - until you start calculating the calories and find you've had 3/4 of your daily requirement in one meal.

"Found a love of noodles "

Oh yes, me too... The Korean Ramen noodles are great and I've found you don't really need to have them super hot. Pour hot water over the noodles and let them steep for about five mins. Drain then stir in the flavour sachet (dry, you only need about half) and toss. The noodles are still warm but lovely.

I eat with chicken strips from Iceland (my fav is the Pakora coating) cooked in the Air Fryer. Super quick!
