"We know that some is positive, others negative How do you cope with it / manage it? How do you encourage others to move with it?" Do you embrace it with open arms or are you inherently resistant? Self imposed change is easier to manage unless it involves habitual change which is much harder. I find change imposed by others without consultation harder to deal with. I appreciate understanding why the change it happening and exploring alternative routes.

"We know that some is positive, others negative How do you cope with it / manage it? Do you embrace it with open arms or are you inherently resistant? How do you encourage others to move with it?" There's books and courses about managing change. Short answer, it depends on all sorts of things. Is it a self made decision. Is it imposed (remember masks)? What degree of emotional or personal attachment do you have to seeing or stopping the change. If you're trying to help others deal with change then remember we all run at different speeds. Courage to change the things I can, serenity to accept what I cannot change and wisdom to know the difference
