If you could go back in time to a younger you, what would be a piece of advice you would give your self based on what you know now

Mine would be “everything is okay, you can take your foot off the accelerator and just enjoy yourself. You will get to where you want to be just slow down and enjoy the journey to get there. All these hours you think are beneficial means you will out on other exciting opportunities and adventures. Those people who are making life more difficult for you now will be gone and forgotten in a year so stop beating yourself up over them”

I'd tell myself to learn html and cgi scripting as soon as it came out, and not to let anyone talk me out of setting up and selling the idea of a "virtual mall" back in mid to late 90s. (It'll be too difficult. It'll never catch on. Who wants to try and buy things online without holding them or trying them on?).
