Isle of Man TT new lap record

Market Harborough/ Kettering

New lap record at the TT- 136.4 mph average speed over the 37 mile course . This was on pretty much a road bike, not a full blown race bike. Isle of man TT, the most exciting thing you will see outside a sex club

It is completely mental, I remember when the 120mph barrier was broken!!

I wonder if they will ever crack 140mph

Holy shit biscuits, that’s a bit rapid!

Those riders have balls of steel. I can’t even begin to imagine the skill, commitment, and mentality they have to do that sport.

That’s about 15-16 minutes to cover a lap?

Fuck me! It takes about an hour to cover that distance around Stoke.

how do they go that fast with them big balls and adding so much weight to bike

fair play I try keep up best I can with it still amazing every time I watch videos of them going that fast on normal roads

It's only possible because IOM gov have vastly improved the roads over the years and even road bikes are 200hp now. Thankfully it is much safer too.

They will at some point! I'm sure it will be today with then the big bikes come out but they will soon
