If it were up to me, I'd take them straight out the back of the court, make them dig their own graveand just shoot the fuckers, especially the guy that slit a 4yr olds throat.

No.

He forced his way into a house while on meth with the intention of raping a woman. He then slit the throat of that woman and her 4 year old daughter. There's no way in hell he deserves to be allowed to live after doing something like that.

In prison he even has a tv, a cat and a few other luxuries, all paid for by the tax payer. What chance did that little girl have to enjoy her life?

To put it another way; if a dog attacks a person for no reason people expect it to be put to sleep. Not given a new kennel, toys and a fluffy bed.
