In New Mexico they have passed a bill that states that women can be imprisoned if they have an abortion after they have been raped...

I mean what the hell!!!!!

Sorry forgot to put if they have an abortion while the trial is taken place they will be charged with tampering with evidence which is a felony and carries a 3 year prison sentence
