All this talk around attraction, confidence and people's definition of beauty got me thinking we are all our biggest critics. There is nothing worse anyone could say to us than we say to ourselves.

So whoever you are be confident and have self acceptance in who you are. The brightest stars sometimes can't see their own shine but others do see you.

Don't judge your own self worth on someone else's judgement.. that's all

The hardest thing anyone can ever do is accept themselves, trying to be the person they think everyone else thinks they are or expects them to be just kills your mental health. Learning to acknowledge you have flaws and to embrace them is amongst the hardest things to do but one of the most worthwhile

I love this! We can all go through phases where we don't see the beauty in ourselves. But there is light at the end of the tunnel for everyone

In general I judge myself as a whole person. And I’m one that I’m comfortable with & proud to be. I’m a bloody nice human.

Recently I’m falling into a trap of judging myself by the perception of others based on a small aspect of me.

It’s not healthy & it’s not happy. So OP I shall shake myself down and take your wonderful, timely advice.

I hope others do too.

Do you know what it is, I guess I'm just tired of hearing people do theirselves down. There's too many people in this world that feel it's okay to put someone down for their own gain. The advice is always brush it off but that shit sticks and it hurts. I just want everyone to listen to theirselves more. Know who they are so it's easier to drown out the nasty voices in this world. You are enough, we are enough and anyone who makes you feel different to that has no place in our lives
