Hythe

Not the start of one of my bad jokes but a story in the news today.

What are your thoughts?

They’ve not done anything illegal but is it ok?

I'd buy them a drink.

I think being naked in public is illegal.

A couple walked naked into a pub, after escaping from the back of my van!

Naked in public is legal, naked with the intent to cause distress or disturbance is not.

"I think being naked in public is illegal."

It is not an offence to be naked in public in England and Wales, unless the intention was to upset and shock.

Personally I don’t think it should be punishable. It’s natural, we’re not born in clothes. Society has made it not ok..

If they were doing anything inappropriate then that would be an entirely different matter…

Having said that, I’d be cautious not to take the free nuts

"

So it’s just frowned upon? Like masturbating on an airplane.
