As far as i know nothing, we dont really celebrate as we go out for meals all year round and i get flowers every week. Mind you hes booking me a holiday today.

Got his 70th birthday next week

Not really, where going to the scottish highlands for 8 days in june. I dont do sand, sea and sun holidays. Im a bit of a foggy i like scenery and interesting places

If I cant show my significant other that I love/care/honour/respect them the other 364 days of the year, why single out that one day. Every day should be special for the ones closest to you.

Not just one day because the patron saint of epilepsy happened to die on it and Hallmark want to sell cards for it.

Anyway, I'm short one 'Significant Other', so its moot anyway.

yes, you should let them know they are special every day but on the 14th Feb you should make them feel extra special

I think Valentine's day is a total farce. I've always hated getting ridiculously overpriced flowers that die after a few days. Or anything like that. A piece of card with a dumb rhyme on is worthless. If you really love someone, SHOW them.
