Normally just boil Maris piper ones in salted water for easiness sometimes make them into roasties if it’s Sunday or a week nite and not at the gym that nite

Roasted there used to be a kebab house on city rd in Chester open till 4am on a weekend all the night clubbers went there and bought herbed roasted potatoes perfect after a night of drinking

Have you tried hash brown fries?!! Omg so yummy!! I love roasting new potatoes as well and halfway through cooking when they’re going soft you give them a press with a fork or potato masher and when they’re finished cooking they’re lovely n crispy!

This is my problem. I had surgery for GORD 9yrs ago and it just gets stuck in my oesophageal sphincter

Cheese and tatey pie. loving the crust and gooey lumps of cheddar.

Mustard mash is posh, with finely chopped roasted shallots on top.

Triple mash is great, being potato mashed with butter and cream, plus a serving of swede and carrot mash, sweetened with a little sugar and a generous dollop of butternut squash, highlighted with a pinch of nutmeg.

Any of these served with a spam fritter and peas.
