.

Both depending on what's going on and my mood in general. Some nights I'm awake until 2am and don't feel tired in the slightest. Other mornings I'm up at 5am and raring to go.

very much an early bird, usually wake up naturally between 4 and 5, nice to sit in the back garden with a coffee listening to the birds.

Both, it would seem.

Mrs and I are total opposites.

Mrs can drop off and sleep all night, whether that's an early or late night.

I get very little sleep, regardless of the time I drop off.

I'm probably more myself during the evening but I still like to get myself comfy and ready for sleep before 11pm. I'm not a morning person at all, takes me ages to wake up and just feel miserable having to get out of bed. I've been getting up at 6am for almost 5 years and it doesn't get any easier. I'd love to be a morning person.
