After spending weekend in the sun and not getting much colour ive been looking up tanning tips. Has anyone ever tried these tan tablets that claim to help you get a darker tan? Going to up my intake of carrot but do beta carotene tablets work.

They do work but not on everyone. If you don’t develop a colour fairly well naturally they aren’t hugely effective.

Why not just get a spray tan?

Try Hawaiian Tropic tanning oil, even the palest of my friends that never colour come back looking like a different ethnicity!

Just buy some self tanner it’s got to be better than taking tablets that alter the colour of your skin

It’s crazy exposing your dodgy to ultraviolet rays until the skin starts to scorch.

You would be cross if someone did it to you with a nuclear blast.

Might give this a go, dont want to be orange just a good health glow and a cheeky thong tan line, going for the 70s pornstar look. Thanks all for suggestions
