Ohh there's a lot of place you can put them on the body to do that.

Best to experiment with a partner and find out which place works the best.

Your favourite film a nice bath, face mask, candle some sweets. Jave a wee you day pamper yourself that should help.

A cold shower before bed, a fan going in the room to help ot stay cool amd one off those cool gel pillows will help.
