2nd night

Without any chocolate.

I rejoined sw this week and its the nights I'm at work that I eat crap .

So tonight is my 2nd night with out any chocolate and I'm not craving it as much as I thought I would.

So who else is on slimming world,

I always loose half a stone and then that's it, I don't/haven't put any more on since the last time I was doing it .

This time I am more determine to loose the weight as I have a wedding in 12 weeks. I don't have a goal as such as I don't know yet how much I want to loose but if you are to believe all these tables etc i have 5 stone lol.

So what's your goal and what keeps you going

I don't crave chocolate but I do crave sweet things, so I chew sugar free chewing gum instead. It's not as good as a bag of toffees but it helps!

I'd like to lose 2 stone, it should be more to get me down to the right weight but at my age you have to make a choice between face and figure and I choose face

The way I diet is to record everything I eat in a little diary so I can't ignore the bad days. And yes there are bad days but that's ok if I compensate for them with good days!

Agree with recording everything lol

I came home from my 1st meeting and ate 3 apple pies, 2 bags of crisps and a chocolate bar, ( not all at once lol) . I still wrote it down , no point in trying to hide it just wasn't organised enough but it's getting better , I got plenty of yogurts in now so I won't be snacking on rubbish lol
